Episode 13: Good Morning Sunshine!

Some say that by placing someone is a community long enough, with ideas, beliefs, moral values and laws far different than his own, he is in most cases put into a dilemma, in which he doesn't know whether to accept these characteristics of his surrounding society or not, first rejecting them with belligerence, then leaving his own characteristics behind and adopting the rules of his new society.
Perhaps the same thing would happen with our subject, after being placed in an isolated habitat, the man-beast should start losing his own set of rules and adopt more primitive ones, ones forced on him to accept by nature.
He's been surviving on eating small forest animals and forrest berries, always happy to find a new source of food, unaware that "they" won't count on his primary instincs for his survival, providing him with the appropiate pray whenever he needs it, this way he's kept on the same eating schedule he had while he was still locked in, only without the disconsolate view of 4 walls closing in on him.
Our friend is constantly bothered by the feeling that someone's watching him, aware of all his actions and movements, yet that feeling seemed to abandon him after a while, later to come back and hunt him whenever he hears any susurrous rustle behind him.

There he witnessed the most amazing sight he had ever seen.
It was a lake, just standing there in the middle of the forest, made in an almost perfect round shape, with a tree leaning in as if it's attracted by the magical beauty of the water, adding to the grace of it's neighbor yet creating an annoying distraction to whomever is not fimiliar to the unique design of nature's beauty.
He took his clothes off and got into the water without checking the depth, for he assumed it was all too beautiful to bring anything but full enjoyment and relaxation.

Episode 12: Wake up and smell the roses

His first steps into the new world would seem to the uninformed eye as the first steps of a man who has been jailed for years, with that happy, elated, no.. euphoric spark in his eyes that seems like it could be seen from miles away, who wouldn't believe so?
Yet we appear to know about him to a greater extent than he does, for he's still the main character in this story, which makes his life visible to all, if we could call this a life, and if we could ascribe this chain of events unfolding in front of our eyes as real knowledge, then we would tell those ignorant of all previous events that our subject has only been held here for a period of time not exceeding 11 days, later to realize that since we've never been in this situation, we can't judge him for the amount of radiance he shows, let alone the one which he doesn't choose to let go of, instead it's bursting out of his eyes showing a lake of great desire and contentment.
Looking around him he saw a group of trees forming the shape of a dense forest, tired, yet pertinacious he marches forward, not realizing by that by heading to the forest he's escaping a prison in which he was held between walls of encapturement, and entering yet another one, this time to be surrounded by walls of uncertainty and fear, making his first steps into the forest, hungry and exhausted, the last rays of light escaped as darkness spread its wings covering the skies with a black masterpiece.

Episode 11: Freedom

Darkness..
His body feels as if it's being held down by leaden weights. A sigh escapes from his mouth as he opens his eyes. Darkness..
Staring at the ceiling, the world is gradually refocusing, and he's begging to be able to distinguish something from the nothingness..
Graduatly, his hope of suddenly granted freedom abandoned him.. Yet that's what he got as the first rays of lights started pouring in from beyond that open door.
He gathered the last few pinches of strength still held within him, and walked out of the door like it's the most natural thing he could do, with restrained body movement yet with curiosity bursting out like stray bullets.
A few more steps and he's free.

Episode 10: Despair

Have you ever wondered what's it all for? have you ever seriously questioned why we have to go to school, get a job, marry, have a bunch of kids then wither away and die?
In this big scheme of things creating the world as we know it, man is nothing but an ant, man is nothing but yet another living creature which dies as soon as the angel of death knocks on his door.
And we can do nothing.. Absolutely nothing to stop this diminution of ones' self..
Depressing isn't it? Well we can't stop there.. If we do, we all might as well walk out of the front door and step in front of a truck.. But we don't.

So whats the conclusion? Why do we keep on living life?
It's the simple things.. Good freinds, good food, good wine, and a nice view.. For that's all we could ask for really, just watching the sunset bathe the top of that tree in a golden hue..
All of these simple pleasures have been taken away from our friend.. So he remains that little creature asking for the mercy of the walls surrounding him.

Episode 9: Contact

I can't move my legs..
Can't move my arms..
I'm paralyzed.

It's like he was drugged.. Which made him lose his ability to move, yet he remained concious, aware, and rather villigant to his surroundings (which isn't that surprising looking at the circumstances).
Here took place his first contact with a human being, eight days since he was first captured.. When a beautiful woman wearing a white outfit walked right through the large steel door, and walked up to him with a needle in her hand, sooner to inject him with its' material.. Which seemed like the material he was indirectly ordered to drink every five hours before he became disobedient.
She then walked out the door with confident steps, leaving our friend behind, lying on the ground like a hopeless little prey beholding his surroundings, as he takes his final few breaths.

Episode 8: Rebellion

There were cycles..
The rest of the "water" or liquid seemed to get drained out of the deep plate every 4-5 hours, and refilled again by the same material, which led him to believe that they, whoever "they" were, wish to put him on a schedule, in which his meals come once in a few hours, and he's supposed to consume them on time, or else he'll be sitting there starving to death.
Starving.. Maybe that word holds the solution to his problems..

Whomever these people holding me in captivity are, I bet they want me alive more than they want me dead..

He decided he wouldn't drink anything he's served, maybe then he'll get some sort of clue of who is holding him captive.. They wouldn't let him starve to death he figured.

Twenty one hours have passed and he is still disobedient, the plate kept getting drained and refilled, and he kept waiting for the time he's supposed to fall unconcious in result of his mal-nutrition.
That time came at last.. three hours later, when his ideas of great escape plans seemed to be running out, his weakness took over and he dozed off.

Episode 7: 90023

Four days since held captive he wakes up again,
this time he's wearing different clothes, not that he ever noticed them..
And a number is carved on his shirt, 90023.

He barely opened his eyes to find a bawl filled with some sort of liquid next to him..
It looks like it's filled with murky water..
He decided he wouldn't drink it, but after an hour or so his thurst overcame his sense of fear of the unknown, and he consumed it like mothers' milk.
Well, it wasn't murky water after all, it tasted like nothing he ever knew.. But it wasn't that bad..

Wondering around the room, his memories are still blank, he can't remember where he's from, his name, or what he was doing in that room.. And what the hell is 90023?
He's still in the same location, which deminished his hope that he was in some sort of nightmare, and that he should wake up any minute now to the sound of his radio alarm.

Dizziness took over him, so he sat down pondering his past and and future, having some doubts about the present as well, probably about that potentially poisonous liquid, and regretting the fact that his "entire life passing in front of his eyes" before he dies, shall be a few hours in a closed room.

Episode 6: Awakening

He wakes up in a dark oval shaped room.
The last thing he remembers is a little blond boy standing in front of him as he opened the door, the rest of his memories seem like one big black hole getting sucked within itself, leaving nothing but blank.

I can't remember anything..
My name..
Where did i come from?
Where the hell am I?

The bump on his head is still aching, though days have passed since he was "taken", or at least so he believes.. nevertheless, it appears he didn't have enough sleep yet, his head hits the floor again and he surrenders to his bleak dreams, always ready to haunt him in the face of a crisis.

Episode 5: Re-birth

Since that little experiment of mine didn't seem to lead me anywhere, I've decided to travel a few hours back in time.
Now he drops the ring, tries to get it out, but isn't quite successful in doing so.
He doesn't bump into the bag and fall down this time, so his premature decease will have to be delayed to a later time.
It's amazing how little things we change can be greatly influential factors on our destiny, and it's amazing how little things we don't know could have substantially changed our feelings..
If he only knew that by losing his ring he has earned his life.
He sat down in his chair pondering his great loss, when a knock was heard..

Episode 4: Insight

HA! killed him!
I do have the power to do anything I like.. I'm this stories' god and creator..
Heh.. But like god, though we both enjoy single handedly murdering our main characters, we'd be useless as authors to our stories if we do.
Ok then.. Let's wake him up shall we?

Episode 3: Paramedics

"I think that's enough.. Set the time of death and let's wrap it up"
"Time of death, 8:23 PM"
"You free next friday?"
"Yeah i'm free, you wanna do somethin?"
"Well.. thought we could just rent a movie or somethin'.. I feel like spending friday night at home for a change, instead of answering calls for some freak who decided to jump out of his window"
"Rent a movie? like some old married couple? no thanks.. i rather stay home with my dogs.."
"It's your loss.."

Episode 2: Discovery

Let's try this out..
He's washing dishes in that aweful little thing he likes to call a kitchen, the little fella must have no money..
His ring fell into the sink.. He sticks his hand in to take it out, but now his hand is stuck.. He knew he shouldn't have wore that watch today.. It always brings him bad luck.
He pulls harder and harder.. His hand won't come out.. One final attempt and it's out! He takes a few steps back and bumps into his bag, just to hit the window that happened to be right behind him..
Unlucky for him, I decided he was living in the 23rd floor, I sure hope that wasn't too painful.

Episode 1: Introduction

If i keep this up i'll be finishing my script in 20 years..
How about.. Robots taking over the world? Nah, matrix has done enough..
Two lesbians? Hero dog? Gay cowboys? - been there, done that..
FUCK! I've gotta find a main idea.. My life is too boring to write about..
How about.. That sounds good..
OK!
So it's a male..
He's sitting in his tight little two room apartment in new york city, one wall is painted green, he's always wanted to paint that wall, there's no sense with him having one green wall and three white ones, it's simply odd.. why didn't he paint it? Well ask him! I'm just the story teller, that doesn't make me god or anything.. or does it?
